Carrig Bawn has experience gained over more than 20 years of IT Programme and Project Delivery in many, often regulated, environments.

With extensive experience of infrastructure implementations including hardware and software refreshes and upgrades to the end-user estate Carrig Bawn is well placed to deliver the benefits provided by utilising the latest technologies in this space.

Our experience also includes Service Delivery, application upgrades and migrations, SWIFT banking systems, decommissioning and the implementation of IT infrastructure and services to new-build facilities.

Project methodologies used include Prince II and Agile (DSDM); I am an Agile Practitioner. I fully endorse the use of hybrid/bi-modal methodologies in environments where a mix of benefits from each methodology can deliver great results.
